June is synonymous with Pride month, but these books need to be read all year! I've compiled a series of book recs that feature members of the LGBTQIA+ community! As a queer person, it's validating and emotional to see all of these. Tap any book cover to learn more about it!

suggested for ages 12 & Up

Green Leaf Shape I really enjoyed the book, and appreciated how LGBTQ+ characters were treated in this near-future timeline.

This is a fantastic book with both a queer and fat main character interested in fashion.

Green Leaf Shape A group of teens have the use of Zoe’s Uncle’s cabin for the night after prom, and the plan is to get busy. Ya know…that kind of busy.

Green Leaf Shape The ease with which Shuttleworth infuses the existing mythology and lore with nonbinary characters and frank discussions of the trauma inherent in growing up with a marginalized identity is striking.

Green Leaf Shape Blue is in love with Hamal. Unfortunately, Hamal is alive and Blue is a ghost. Cream Section Separator

The reader dives into historical fantasy at the edge of the Communist takeover of China in the late 1920’s.
